Any misinformation or omission may result in delays or refusals, for which we are not liable.

4. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid as agreed upon before the processing of any application. Fees are non-refundable once the service has started, regardless of the outcome, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We take client privacy seriously. All shared information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose of immigration or visa-related processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kumar Interpretation shall not be held liable for:

1. Government delays, changes in law, or policy changes

2. Missed deadlines due to client delays

3. Denials issued by immigration authorities
